Our Services

  • Our unique outdoor therapy spaces provide a sensory-rich setting, boosting your child’s essential skills in emotion regulation, motor planning and coordination, sensory processing, flexible thinking, cognitive mastery (problem-solving, attention), and coping mechanisms.

  • Our assessment services begin with a focused consultation to clarify your needs and tailor your assessment accordingly. We provide handwriting assessments for Assistive Technology applications, Developmental Coordination Disorder (dyspraxia) assessments, and dysgraphia.

Our neuroaffirming Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) autism assessments are provided in collaboration with Solas Psychology. Together, we aim to guide and support families as they deepen their understanding of autism. Our assessments focus on establishing an individual's strengths to effectively advocate on their behalf and understanding their needs to connect them with the most appropriate support. Ultimately, our goal is to empower families on their neurodivergent journey. For more information, please contact us or Solas Psychology directly.

  • We also work with adolescents and adults who may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, and low self-esteem. Using our nature-based approach, we aim to create a supportive and restorative environment, helping individuals to reconnect with themselves and the world around them. Our goal is to support individuals in finding meaning, developing coping strategies, and fostering long-term well-being.

  • We understand that receiving a recent neurodivergent diagnosis can bring a mix of emotions and challenges. If you're seeking support in processing this new information, gaining a deeper understanding of yourself, or perhaps re-evaluating your past experiences through the lens of your diagnosis, we encourage you to connect with us. Our therapeutic approach is rooted in neurodiversity-affirming principles, meaning we tailor our support to honour and celebrate the unique needs, perspectives, and strengths of neurodivergent individuals, fostering self-acceptance and overall well-being.

  • We offer expert workshops and consultation services designed to meet your specific needs. If you are a parent, a teacher, or a therapy professional, we can provide guidance on integrating nature-based practices to develop and enhance the skills of the children you support.
